They don t tell you about taking your money and not delivering on their product s promises Also don t expect any support from them Wrote to them and haven t heard back in over a month

The id s received were cheap looking After talking to my doctor I realized there is no such thing as needing to Register your dog as a service dog or an emotional support dog Yall are scamming people that s very sad EDIT Yall are scamming people many do not realize the dog DOES NOT need registration because there really is not a federal registration And I know about all that u speak of I am a Veteran Yall are still scamming And there can t be a refund when the 14 days passed and you hadn t received the order So thanks for offer but that offer can t apply to me

DAMAGED

I ordered an online certificate and never got it What I did get was changed for shipping and phone call after phone call trying to convince me to spend more money When I told them I only wanted an online certificate I was told my shipping would be refunded and it never was and I never got the online certificate I just saw your reply but it doesn t give me an option to reply to your reply What you are not understanding is that I NEVER received the online certificate After I paid my money I didn t get anything from you I checked my spam I checked all my boxes and there was nothing from you all I just want my online certificate
