I have not received my order In addition the USA Service Dogs certificate does not comply with the new US DOT regulations preventing me from flying with my dog

Received my order and it was too big

Received my order and it was too big for my dog Called in and reported it and returned my items at my cost Received the only 1 item the vest Leash and coller were not in the order I called again and waiting on a call back It has been over 2 weeks and still no response I received a response and thank you for making it right

I ordered the vest as well as the card The vest doesn t work It s flimsy for the money I ordered card and vest to say Emotional Support Dog Neither of them reflect that statement The card has already been questioned Refers to Service Dog but does not specify type I carry a letter to the effect but the card should say it as well I m very disappointed

I received the deluxe kit with no

I received the deluxe kit with no issue however I didn t fare as well with the ESA I was assigned an agent and was sent forms to sign and return electronically and was concerned when I got a 3rd form that had someone else s name on it and was immediately concerned I reached out again and to date have not had a reply

We had no response to our emails

We were excited to make the order for are newly adopted Dachshund My wife reversed the order with a XL vest and a Small leash when it should have been a Small Vest and XL Leash I emailed and called the same day and a couple times after We received the wrong order and no response other than this survey If this helps us rectify the order then the rating can be improved The package on the other hand is of high quality and professionally done Thank you in advance

the tags sent were not correct for the

the tags sent were not correct for the way we registered he is a service dog and the ID says this but the tags for the collar indicate ESA Sadly disappointed

The only problemI had was getting in

The only problemI had was getting in touch with the therapist He wasn t good with communicating with me I had to remind him of the info I sent and we never spoke over the phone which I prefer USA was great tho I received my registration from them in no time

My items were delivered just fine BUT

My items were delivered just fine but the customer service is absolutely horrible It would take a week sometimes more for someone to get back to me There is no direct phone number to speak with someone which I do not like

My experience was generally good

My experience was generally good except that I paid for expedited shipping but didn t receive the package in the time frame I paid for I have contacted USASD multiple times about this and they just won t respond to my email
