communication poor

I paid 60 00 for a digital document and a lightweight ID tag I inquired why a service dog tag would come on on a lightweight ball chain vs an S- link to use with her harness but did not receive any response Can not leave a favorable response

I wish I had known the training

I wish I had known the training required to become a service dog before I purchased this I see now my dog is more of a support comfort dog which this does not apply to I guess this is my fault for not researching first

Will it work

I bought this in hopes that it will work getting my dog to pass as a service dog because I travel often and my dog has learned to alert me with my diabetes and sugar spikes and lows I have not yet tried this because of covid My fear is that he did not go through formal training and testing and will this be an issue This package was expensive and honestly looks kind of hokey with the extremely bright red and cheap looking leash collar

received all of my dog stuff but they spelled my last name wrong contacted them an told them they fixed it on my paper work but wanted to charge me more money for there mistake on the card and paper work they all ready sent out as much as i paid for all of this they should fix their mistake and sed me the correct stuff

I ordered the service dog kit on 8 16 21 it is now 10 1 21 and i still have not received my order I had no trouble placing the order the website was very easy to navigate my only issue is with receiving said order

Too many mistakes with our order

We initially received our vest with no patches the wrong lead and someone else s ID card and certificate When I called in the service rep said he would have it corrected and quickly sent out to me We then received the correct lead certificate and cards but still no patches Called in again and finally received the patches for the vest It shouldn t be this difficult to receive a correct order Also I received someone else s information which I m sure they wouldn t appreciate and I wonder who received my information which I don t appreciate Eventually our order was correct and the customer service representative was pleasant and apologetic throughout the whole process

Jacket exchange needed vendor not responding

I received my order and it was as described But red jacket is too small for my dog I have tried to contact the vendor by phone twice and have emailed several times about exchanging our extra small jacket for a small but have received NO response from the vendor We would like to expedite a change With provided credentials and leash our dog now easily accesses facilities otherwise barred to pets so this is working Can we work an exchange of the jacket PLEASE G Steele

I was sent the wrong dog tag

I was sent the wrong dog tag I had to call and ask that the correct tag be sent The lady on the phone asked me to send back the one that was wrong at my own expense

Too bad

I purchased a pet carrier with wheels for airline travel It turned out to be too big for under the seat There was no postage paid return The postage on it was over half of what I paid for the carrier I decided to keep it for the net cost of the return I will probably give it away

I received everything and it all

I received everything and it all arrived on a timely manner and the doctor was terrific and I love the service the only thing I do not like about the package is the harness is not very sturdy and it s more like a jacket fir my dog then a harness but all in all I had I great experience and would recommend this to everyone Very satisfied Holly Gunner
