I am very upset

I received my order in ample time although the envelope looked warped as if it got wet I was hoping I d open it and there s be no damage to the paperwork inside but I was wrong The certificate got wet and is now warped The id tag looks as if it was being printed when the printer ran out of ink I m very disappointed considering that this is not what I paid for

Psychiatric Service Dog denied entry on JetBlue

I am very upset i purchased the product for 99 where they sent you the certificate the dog vest etc When i got the dog jacket it did not say service dog on the vest it is useless no one will let my dog in anywhere since they have no idea that it is truly a service dog I want a refund Will never recommend this site to anyone in fact i will tell them don t bother

There was really no point to

I received my order in a timely manner and everything looked so official I thought everything would go smoothly for my upcoming flight from LAX to EWR with JetBlue and I called in advance twice to ensure my dog could fly with me and I filled out the all the paper work correctly However when I arrived at the airport they called the CRO and they denied entry for my dog and suggested I rebook They said that this was not an accredited organization and could not allow my dog as a service dog

My Doctors and my kids Doctors gave

There was really no point to registering my dog as an ESA dog I received a tag and a piece of paper that s says she s registered I also paid for the psychology appointment to go thru my health concerns The dr didn t ask me a single question Just asked what the dogs name was and sent a letter Apparently there is no point to doing this I would have rather paid my own psychiatrist to conduct the evaluation I don t get any additional support The airlines and most accommodations do not accept this registration If I could get my money back I would

My Doctors and my kids Doctors gave verification that your company is not a real service dog company You lie u steal peoples money and you hurt the ones that truly need service animals I m very unsatisfied with your company and your service It is wrong to benefit from other peoples disabilities

Absolutely worst customer service ever

Absolutely worst customer service ever I didn t get a tracking number when I ordered and had to contact the company just to get a confirmation number And they sent it to the WRONG address after I told them I don t live in that city Very unprofessional with how they handle issues DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
