Never ever buy a car from these people They charge 3 times what the car is worth and when you re smart enough to realize it and tell them to come get it they try to claim prior damage to your insurance company I got a carfax that there was prior damage that was never fixed and then they come after my insurance company saying I did it Lucky I have pics of it still on the lot with the damage the day I got it They are a bunch of crooks and try to get money any kind of way they can This place needs to be shut down they rob people without a gun

If you re looking to buy a car from US Auto Sales I advice you not to This company is selling bad cars and it has been proven by one of the Pep Boys where they take their cars to be serviced I personally bought a car in August if this year and have been having transmission issues every since I bought it I went back to the location I bought it from and they told me it s covered under warranty and to take it to a repair shop and it would covered under warranty Well the repair shop charge diagnostic fees which isn t covered under warranty which I had to pay out of pocket The repair shop also said it would take minimum 6 months to get the part that s needed for the part for my car I was told by a manager at US Auto sales that he s going to make it right and call his boss to see what can be done and I haven t heard back from him since then My car is shaking really bad and there is a rattling noise I don t recommend anybody to buy from this company ever

I really regret buying my car from them every two weeks they want a car payment and if you don t pay them they cut ya car off and that car is not worth that much it s not a new model

I would not recommend my warranty expired so is auto repo my car and messed up my transmission and denied my claim to fix so I m getting a lawyer now cause at this point I m about to dispute every charge I had made toward them

I wished that I had read the reviews before I bought from them We have had our car for two years now and have had trouble with sensors check engine light you name it it has happened And on top of that we transferred our insurance to the newer car and has been harassed about insurance for the last 2 years Claiming we owe them money for keeping insurance on the car Communication is awful and so are the representatives in customer service They are unprofessional and speak ugly to you disrespectful CARDISA THRASHER Very much in need of re-training She has no home training or work ethics Undoubtedly they will let anyone work for them We did have trouble with the car in less then 30 days Buyer s beware If I could get rid of it I would I ve put too much money into it now If I could give them a 0 rating I would

I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago shortly after a week I found a nest of roach in my car all tires are rotten having severe transmission issues To top it off I never received my 100 referral and I should have known for cars with such high mileage the prices were outrageous Sometimes the car overheats They saud thwy did an oil change but 2 days after driving off the lot the oil change needed light cane on Stay far away they scam you way to much and lie to you constantly It s sad how they never answer back to you either

This is the worst experience with a vehicle in my life I purchased a vehicle in November 2020 February 14 2021 while I was in another state on a trip the transmission in the vehicle goes out US auto sales were not compassionate apologetic and or accommodating in this situation After going through 3rd party warranty and paying over 1500 for repairs not including rental for a month on July 2 2021 the axle of the vehicle brakes The warranty company does not want to cover the claim US Auto sales are not excepting any responsibility and are pretty much stating they don t care Thousands of dollars have gone to waist and US Auto sales wants to admit to selling a lemon vehicle DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS YOU WILL END UP ON THE LOSING END
