When submitting my 3rd quiz I got a

When submitting my 3rd quiz I got a 66 after my first 2 quizzes I got a 100 On quiz 3 there was a section of 9 questions that you match with pictures and when I called the answers in the lady said she didn t have letters or pictures in correspondence with those problems so she didn t explain well how to communicate those problems to answers so therefore I missed every single one I know that they were all correct on paper but this didn t make sense to me if calling the answers in they should have exactly what have in front of me I strive to do my absolute best and this grade is unacceptable to me

Medical Billing and Coding Certification

I took the Medical Billing and Coding Course through the U S Career Institute After I completed the certification with a 97 I started applying for jobs Every single application for every single job asks for your certifications AND whether the institution you attended is accredited by the AAPC or AHIMA The U S Career Institute has neither of these accreditation s which renders their certificate completely unusable Please attend an actual accredited school or your time efforts and payments will just have to be repeated elsewhere I guarantee it

I spoke with a customer Service representative today by the name of Janae She was very rude to me I told her I wanted to cancel my contract with you guys because my step father has lung cancer and is now on hospice Instead of her explaining the reason why I needed to paying 25 she just told me that s what I owed She did not even disclose all what I had already paid in the program I am so frustrated and saddened I really thought this was a good institution but to me customer Service is very important

Starting school and nothing that they promised came true they do not help you they do not give you any books I was told I was going to get a set of books for free and never received them I paid more than half of my program and I got nothing they told me it was open book test know that s a lie no nobody reached out to me nobody tried to help me until I had to complain then there was a glitch in the computer and they told me I could take a test again then they took their words back they wanted to raise my amount of money that I would be paying them is the worst schools you will ever go to

False advertising

False advertising makes students feel as if the school will help them find a job with Success Promise program The program is misleading the school does not help with finding jobs in student s area at all Even if the student completes the certificate with 4 0 GPA in a few short months there is no real help finding a job Students must cold call hundreds of potential employers and still may not find employment DO NOT BELIEVE THIS SCHOOL S SUCCESS PROMISE PROGRAM

im finish school and when i did my last test i find do i dont pass because the said my answers are wrong and i check they good and i call to see iff they review my answer and they said nothing they can do really i pay 1200 for medical assistant and they do that forget these people are crazy and you van not take the test again and these school dont have any credit no one no in the state about i call the MAA and these school is not listed liers i the state of Georgia these college dont exists

Alot of money for Nothing

Alot of money for the Certificate in Paralegal not worth the money Very very basic information Not very informative boring information no real help from staff Not a very challenging course This school is not accepted or know by any legal agencies in my state There are much better courses out there that are known and accepted by Legal entities the classes may be more money but it s worth the extra money to show a Certificate from a respected School

This school is not accredited

This school does not offer an accredited course for medical coding and billing When I did my research I realized it is not accredited with AAPC OR AHIMA Thank god I was within the 5 day money back garuntee When I called student services they said they are a Distant learning school that is affliated with AAPC when I called the AAPC directly they stated they were not affiliated with this school Please research everything you need to know before choosing this school
