Frustrating

Sometimes I found text very confusing and required lots of emails for clarification Timeliness of emails responses is not always as rapid as I would hope Possibly due to just the nature of taking an online course Regardless the response to active thought of exactly what I asked gets muddied though time and thus difficult to apply or append to what I was thinking

To my Instructor

I have completed my course in Medical Billing Coding The course work was good in terms of language and being able to pass the course However I still owe money for the course I think the course is expensive Also I completed the course in November 2016 and have been posting resumes everywhere and applying to jobs but no one has called me for an interview yet

To my Instructor As a new student i m immensely happy to be part of the Pharmacy Technicianstudent with U S Career Institute this is the beginning and for sure I would make it obviously I really love the pharmacy tech course the language of the course it self make proud you speak and writ like a physician with medical terminology abbreviation calculation work with others as healthcare team I really appreciate to be on board as one the student with U S Career institute this is a college of wisdom and expansion of knowledge Best RegardsAkanimo EdohoStudent ID 41787956

I really enjoyed the Medical Billing

I been a student for over two months almost done with program but cannot access the Medlock system to finish my exam is there any assistance if you have a chrome computer i tried student services and no one has reached out to me after i completed my request for tech support is there a still a chance to receive my certification

I really enjoyed the Medical Billing specialist program and i am graduate First i would like to add the career coach program was not helpful as asked her for assistance regarding my questionaire question she didn t reply back at all and all she referred me to was student services and asked her for advice regarding job research i been researching she was not helpful at all was a waste of my time i wasted up to a week

So far I have not been impressed with the enrollment process I specificley asked to be enrolled in the Medical Billing and Coding class But have been enrolled in the Medical Specialist and Medical Billing courses before finally being enrolled in the correct Medical Billing and Coding class Which by the way is more money than what I was quoted Even though I was paying in full up front I felt I was being taken advantage of and not sure anyone really understood what each class was

I give 3 stars only because when I started back every time I called I had do some thing else to start because the person I spoke with didn t give me what I needed to start I just wish it didn t take 5 phone calls to get everything started

US career institute provides good

I have never had such a learning experience throughout my academic life like am having now with this great institute Every thing is structured to meet learners need and the resources are readily available to students Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to study and belong here

Pro and con

US career institute provides good informative classes but lack in the ability to make it easy for for visually impaired students I found it difficult to logon it takes me three minutes define the logon screen and it is not user friendly with the search engine safari needed to add second engine google to be able to use the classroom settings

I m just 8 lessons in so I can t fully

I wish there was video instructions lessons vs reading your way through it all I feel like my education is missing something Honestly had I known prior I probably would ve gone with another program That being said the information from text is good and I am going at my own pace which is convenient for my busy schedule
