I advice everyone just try to have your certification somewhere else specially if you looking for an externship don t waste your time and your money with this useless school this business are not helpful at all and they do not care about their students specially after graduation again remember don t waste your time with this institute

I am enrolled with us careers and let me tell you something I am a 50 yrs old women and everytime I call that school and speak to somebody these females are Very Ignorant and disrespectful they yell at you on the phone they will talk back at you I m not going to say how I really feel because then they would report me But this I will say if I were there they would Not talk to me that way Like I told her I m a grown ass woman not a child I will withdrawal myself from your school and go somewhere else So if I where you I would choose another school I have never seen a school where it is so hard to get in contact with them I left like 7 emails no response I called the phone was busy all day These people are something else I wish I would never had something signed up I will finish my course but I will never go back again

I paid 69 for the phlebotomy course

I paid 69 for the phlebotomy course then changed my mind after a few days I was still in Tthe grace period s I was told I would be issued the refund and here it is weeks later and still nothing

Worse ever I bought a hard copy books to start program never received it also paid 846 00 to enroll in paralegal just get 600 as refund st the end the stole my money never can login or take classes they stole money don t buy this website Student ID 42092495

I signed up for the Medical Assisting

I signed up for the Medical Assisting Phlebotomy program They aren t that great with communication you have to send the same email over and over to finally get a reply I was asking about externship They told me I don t need it for MA but I would need to find my own externship for Phlebotomy That seemed strange but I reached out to all the major labs in my area LabCorp etc they all said they don t allow that So what am I to do USCI made it sound like this was a normal thing to arrange but it s not Now I have been paying on a program that is useless to me because I have also been told my major employers that I need 180 hours of externship as an M A They asked why I haven t done that through my program It s been embarrassing to even apply as an Medical Assistant with USCI I don t think this program is taken seriously by major employers Also on some of my quizzes the answers were wrong I had to email my instructor to correct them The way the testing is done is confusing and doesn t always match up with the curriculum I should ve taken this program at another school

Don t Bother With the MA Course

On my final exam I answered questions taken directly from the coursework Yet some of them were marked wrong People the MA course from this institute is NOT what you want to enroll in Spend your money wisely on a community college course or in-person training Altho I graduated with a decent GPA from here the course was a joke Poor videos confusing information very poor diagrams and the list goes on and on I still owe them money and will pay it but I want to warn you that this MA course is a total waste of your money and time

Still Have Not Received My Certificate

I paid for my Medical Assistant course in full Finished it in December of 2022 I have called the company three times requesting my Certificate So far I have not received it I paid for a program and have nothing to show for it Each time I calleld Student Services told me it was in the mail Why have I not received it yet They also told me they were working from home Despite that I am owed a Certificate - and do not have one

I waste my time I am almost finished with the pharmacy tech program I studied very hard and I failed they do not offer to retake the exam how I am going to continue paying for something I don t have stay away I regret I didn t enrolled in a in person school you will learn nothing there boring course

Just started and my questions were

What the heck am i learning This PCT AKA Patient Care Technician So I have learn absolutely nothing about the PCT roll other then where they can work at PCT can work in Hospitals care homes nursing homes ect Other then that nothing all I learned was what I can t do rather than what they can do Im about to walk and cancel this school is a complete joke and such a waste of my time I learned on how to be a better caregiver rather than a patient care technician I thought i was going for my PCT but i gusse im going for my HCA or CNA so this Course work is so confusing because it sounds more like im going for HCA certificate rather than a patient care technician certificate the heck is this Im learning absolutely nothing about PCT im sitting here reading this like this is straight up HCA school work they take the HCA and put PCT im so like what is this
