Great except for a couple issues

Edited 9 5 2023 due to request of confirmation or order and other details from an email TrustPilot sent me to verify I used this service it seems TrustPilot explained how my post will be taken down if I don t provide this so my my Order 2734231 and I received this Order July 1 2023 signed up as a VIP Member with all those extra trinkets along with Benefits I really didn t like how they misspelled the name of the animal I got and I had to wait longer for all that to be sorted out I also didn t like how the extra items that came with my purchase like the dog poo bags water bowl leash dog tag engraved collar and harness all seem very cheaply made I wish I would have know about the quality of all the material because I would have opted out of that our bowl broke right away everything except the leash collar and dog tag seem like they will just break super easily Despite those two other things it was definitely convenient and easy to get taken care of Amy the professional who helped me during my appointment was great The customer service team is awesome as well I m grateful everyone I spoke to was very kind

Fast but not ethical

It was fast and easy and done in 3 minutes I was very iffy on giving my credit card information as they didn t even question weather or not my dog was trained They just took my word for it This is how completely untrained dogs get access to everywhere and distract actual working dogs Yes it was helpful for me but overall not very smart

I m giving a 3 star because I wasn t

I m giving a 3 star because I wasn t made aware that this letter expires in a year which doesn t really help my needs with housing only The cost iadds up to be more than I would be paying to my landlord to keep my emotional support animal with me So I find it deceiving to not mention something that important as an expiration date so the customer can make a decision that will benefit them since it s their money I love my pet and she s worth every penny but I don t like deception from any company I deal with

Super friendly and helpful but the

Super friendly and helpful but the overall costs of everything is astronomically high The therapist who gives you the letter for esa housing if your approved was great However we need them to fill out another paper from our landlord well on top of everything it costs an extra 65 roughly just for them to fill out another form

US Service Animals (usserviceanimals.org) serves as a comprehensive national resource dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities who rely on animal assistance. The organization's primary mission is to simplify the process of registering and certifying service animals, emotional support animals (ESAs), and psychiatric service animals, while providing essential education on legal rights and responsibilities.

Core Services and Offerings

The website functions as a central hub for several key services designed to assist handlers and their animals. A primary feature is its official registration system, which allows users to create a documented record of their animal in a nationally recognized database. This is crucial for helping the public and businesses understand the varying legal protections afforded to each category under laws like the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). The resource center covers a wide array of practical topics, including:

  • Legal rights regarding housing, air travel, and public access.
  • Step-by-step processes for registration and certification.
  • Guidelines for businesses on how to appropriately interact with service animal teams.
  • Species-specific information, extending beyond dogs to include miniature horses and other animals.
