Disappointed with after service

Hi My initial experience with Viliant was quite good However when I have asked for confirming of current interest rate plus amortization schedule I have been given the run around I find this really disappointing These particulars of a loan especially the interest rate should included in the Finance Agreement Schedule but it is not

No Good Customer Service and still on going

Not Good and still on going I have pre-approved car deal that was brought over then there was issues with settlement then another car yard supplier and then another financier is introduced to the mix Michael was spot on broker but still with no car I was given the name Jacob Rang 4 times last week and nobody called me back to date Think they on holidays Somebody should have rang me back instead of saying he is busy now and will call me back soon as he can Now i have been sitting with full insurance cover for over 2 5 weeks on car i still haven t got in my garage Felling Frustrated L Chan
