The whole process took so long with first starting out with one consultant then being transferred to another I would have to say that Ana was terrific and very patient professional and really tried to keep us up to date with the progress She basically had to start from the beginning again which was frustrating on both our accounts She really used her own initiative getting us the best result She really got us over the line and I cannot thank her enough
