i bought 4 20 volt Vanon batteries last

i bought 4 20 volt Vanon batteries last year to replace black and decker 5ah and 3 ah they failed after minimal useage i opened them up to look at why and all had muddy water marks inside and the connections had rusted These batteries were not around water ever in my care

This company offers a warranty however when a product fails the company does not respond or acknowledge your requests Avoid at all costs

Purchased a 4 0Ah for my Ryobi tools via Ebay in Australia in December 2018 From the beginning poor performance and now will not charge or hold a charge Purchased with 3 year warranty but local dealer Australia thus far after many many emails to them will not respond to my requests for refund or replacement Manufacturer Vanon likewise do not want to know anything about it

DCB200 - Rubbish

Purchased Vanon 18V MAX 4 0AH 72Wh LITHIUM ION Model DCB200 for my 18V DeWalt tools Charged once now refuses to charge This has never been used outdoors and has never got damp in my well-sealed garage I should have read other reviews - what a waste of my money AND of Lithium

Vanon batteries fail without reason junk avoid

Vanon batteries fail without reason they save 5 cents by placing a much cheaper internal circuit board in their products which cause millions of pre-mature failures Literally these are junk - worse Vanon never stands behind their products they always attempt to blame the customer or ask for unreasonable requests like a full motion video of the battery in the charger EVEN IF YOU MEET THIS BURDEN THEY WILL NEVER GIVE A REFUND THEY GIVE A BAD NAME TO THE ENTIRE BATTERY REPLACEMENT INDUSTRY THEY HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY AVOID

Definitely not worth the money

Wish I d seen these reviews before purchasing I saw a YouTube review which said they were great so I bought 8 batteries for my Milwaukee M18 tools The batteries worked for a while but then started not charging and I kept getting the red green flashing lights on the charger Changed chargers several times but they still won t work

Avoid like that plague

Bought two Vanon 9Ah Dewalt copies off Ebay both lasted less time than my genuine 4Ah batteries then after three uses they stopped taking charge The Ebay seller refused to even answer my messages they ended up in the bin A total waste of money

These batteries are rubbish Any tool that draws a reasonable amount of current the flattens the vanon battery quickly Testing a 5ah against a 10yo 3ah Makita battery the Makita battery lasted almost 3 times as long Don t waste your money
