Do not use this website if u want any chance of returning your item - no invoice no return details after many e mails they say it is not viable to return goods Wasted nearly 100 They do not comply with uk consumer law - should be taken off internet

I was promised a chappy refund after this company ruined my wedding and left me with no dress since then they have chosen to ignore me completely in regards to a quarter of my money back Please do not order from this sham of a company I dont know how they are allowed to get away with treating people this disgustingly hopefully my reviews will make sure no one else gets conned like I did DISGUSTING

Don t buy here

I ordered a mother of the bride outfit Paid 15 extra for specific measurements plus 15 for speedy delivery Got neither Outfit standard size too small full of static so was unwearable I was gob smacked at the delivery cost of 19 but needed the outfit When asked to return they gave me a lot of flannel as to why it would cost me too much for postage then after contacting them several times offered me a partial refund which I refused and asked for the cost of the totally useless outfit minus the extras So far they have completely ignored several communications from me DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I could not give a zero star but I would if I could

Absolutely atrocious experience

Absolutely atrocious experience Paid for fast delivery in early April and only got the dress at the end of may after the event The quality of dress was shocking it was stuffed into a small package therefore the dress was creased which would require dry cleaning to remove Customer service were not helpful at all didn t care Nobody should order from this sham of a website

SCAMMERS

Bought a wedding dress off them - clearly states free returns on their website within 14 days Dress looked cheap and didn t sit on me well - tried to return it the day I received it but they won t issue a returns label After literally 50 emails they ve offered me a 20 refund - don t buy them these guys I ve started legal proceeding to get my money back and get these guys banned from ripping off anyone else in the UK

I bought a dress for my wedding and the dress in the site looked stunning I ordered two sizes which I paid for One dress arrived in the smallest package very creased and nothing like what was on the vedress website The dress would fit done 12ft 6inched and very badly made I have been scammed will let everyone know not to order from this company

I cannot believe I have been scammed I checked out the website and thought it was legitimate They obviously have no morals as I really need my money back because I need to purchase another outfit for my son s wedding I have contacted them about twenty times and have not had one reply The telephone number on the website does not exist as well they have my hard earned money and I need to find money to purchase another outfit

Only a partial refund has been offered to my Mum and it is so sad to see her so upset It cost a lot of money for a family wedding which she cant afford So to lose so much money is heart breaking The jacket size doesn t match the dress size Sleeves are too small and bust area too large I am very disappointed in their response I do feel for their quandary as they are overseas but a full refund should be given

Never order clothing from this business

Ordered a dress for my mother in law for a wedding The quality and material on arrival wasn t to standard Requested a refund after much back and forth they offered 25 refund and to keep the dress as the returning to China would cost too much for them and me This was agreed on 17th November and to date 21st February 2023 nothing has been received despite many further emails Complete con artists I have reported to trading standards Unacceptable never order from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYMy mother in law ordered a dress with a matching jacket for our wedding She paid 120 The outfit was a different size and the jacket fit by then 10 year old Despite emailing and being promised some money back nothing was done
