I ordered 2 sofas in Veke fi

I ordered 2 sofas in Veke fi 2 months later Veke delivered wrong furniture which I did not order It took me many emails pictures invoice packing lists to explain that this was simply the wrong furniture After some time the customer service replied to me What was wrong with those sofas It took me several emails to convince Veke fi to take back their furniture It took Veke another 2 weeks to pick up the furnitrure I though to give them a second chance and asked whether Veke can still deliver the right furniture but they just replied Purchase amount will be refunded Several emails and a month later Veke finally refunded No apologies or explanations given They just held my money for 3 months I wish I had read other reviews online prior to buying with Veke fi
