Vera clinic was a brilliant place to have the transplant I had a beard transplant and was very happy with the outcome after 5-6 months I travelled from the UK and everything was organised well by the advisor Sheyma Dr Gokan did my transplant procedure He did not really understand English but he is very experienced and the translators were on hand to assist me when needed There is some pain for the first 30 minutes of the procedure but after that it s all pain free There will also be some swelling for a few days but that subsided completely thereafter It s not very cheap but you pay for quality and I would recommend for sure Suhail

I had my transplant FUE 8 months ago and I am satisfied with the result so far Their services were good and professional I would have liked more time with the Doctors but the consultant was very informative and answered all my questions as well as making me feel comfortable The follow-up service has been regular through WhatsApp

My friend suggested Vera Clinic to me I got in contact in March this year My consultant was Sophie she provided the best service from initial consultation report to making the necessary arrangements for my hair transplant surgery Sophie answered all my questions without hesitation and was always a WhatsApp message way My overall experience of Vera Clinic was superb the clinic is modern and clean all the staff are helpful and polite I would highly recommend Vera clinic to those who seek a hair transplant

So I m only a couple of weeks post surgery but what I have experienced with Vera Clinic has mostly been great contact from the start has been amazing I can t sing the praises of Nilay enough she s been the best There was some translation issues when trying to explain about my anxiety but that s to be expected so there s no permanent negatively about this Just remember to be patient with them The hotel we stayed in was clean and very professional though I m not sure it was genuinely 5 stars and the two single beds were not really acceptable for those travelling on their own As I mentioned Vera Clinic themselves were mostly great very clean the doctors are friendly and unless you make it obvious that you ll be documenting your entire experience on video you will definitely not even see the doctor from the advertisements and most stuff made you feel welcome The only reason I say most when describing the clinic and thier staff is because during my recover and straight after spending straight 8hrs of having my head jabbed over 6000 times almost passing out twice and vomiting the same amount of times one female staff member was somewhat aggressive and rude to not only me but at least two other patients that I saw personally and making us feel rushed and unwelcome Then after my first wash they attempted to sell me topical products which I ll admit are definitely beneficial and not available AT ALL in my country Australia so i think they could do a bit more research on how they expect us to maintain the useage of this product also I explained that I was still in Turkey for several days and limited funds left but was still pressured into buying something that was ridiculously over priced and not at all available to me once I ran out and would have used up the remainder of the money I had left Even after my third time saying no they made it clear they weren t happy with my decision Not to mention I also paid for the highest level when it came to packages available which was just over 10 000AUD Still with all that said I would still highly recommend Vera Clinic to those who are interested in having the procedure even though it s very lengthy it kinda flys by but you may become restless after several hours of just laying there having your head worked on so don t be afraid to ask for breaks when you need them I still need to return for a second treatment because of my situation of baldness and really hope this review doesn t change the level of service I receive haha unless it s for the better So far a happy camper thank you Vera Clinic especially Nilay

In summary my experience with the hair transplant in Turkey was positive The clinic s staff demonstrated professionalism and the translators were friendly and helpful The medical consultant was very communicative and helpful addressing all my doubts both before and after the surgery The surgery lasting over 7 hours was more painful than expected but the clinic made efforts to minimize discomfort However the surgery bed could have been more comfortable for such a lengthy procedure Overall the clinic provided a good atmosphere but improvements in pain management and comfort during the surgery would enhance the overall experience I m currently on day 24 and while I can t comment on the results that much yet the initial stages have been promising

It s been exactly one year now I did my transplant on 8th Dec21and now its 22 and Dec is over and I m a different person So far very good alhumdulillah they keep follow you the whole year every month and if any issues they try their best to solve it and explain it to you I m very pleased with their service throughout the year And my friends are really satisfied from my results as well Their prices might be higher but you ll be satisfied in sha Allah I m very pleased with my consultant Kayra she s great she helped me every time when I needed I really appreciate your help kayra thanks

So far so good alhumdulillah it s been 6 months I m happy got my hairline back just waiting for more volume more density I have still few spots which needs more hair and I m hoping for it Just had little miscommunication about Amount

I received excellent customer service from my enquiry Frantz explained everything which was straight forward and all price plans easy to understand During my visit I was well looked after from all parties from reception to the driver to the surgeons The results are amazing one year on You can t tell I ve had any work done This would be 5 stars however I asked for my crown to be treated also but was told that I d be given medication to help the thinning of my hair for that area but I didn t receive anything I would recommend them and I do recommend them to my friends
