Vera Clinic I greatly recommend for everyone My name Adem Hamid Mude patient id VC 54420After I made lots of research I contacted Ms Mirela T on what s up as medical advisor she is very helpful always available even during her personal times Made all arrangement smooth providing pre post operations instructions One month after my procedure during my follow up period I m still treated as a valued customer not ex- patient Regarding recomonding additional hair care products like Aloe Vera gel Minoxidil that required etc Indeed she s truly professional knowledgeable advisor that put all your worries at ease honest to outmost and she s really a great asset to Vera Clinic Of course the whole team is wonderful the drivers very talented and friendly The translator are very good The Nurse technicians made all efforts to seek your comfort Medical doctors are well experienced but I greatly appreciate if they consult the patient for short comings if any In general at Vera clinic you re a valued customer not a number Thank you all Vera Clinic team Looking forward seeing you again

The Clinic itself is excellent in terms of organising the entire trip and carrying out the procedure The clinic environment was very clean and welcoming Each and every member of the staff team knew exactly what their respective roles were and it all worked like a clockwork This to me as a patient was very calming and reassuring The hotel we stayed in was beautiful but the facilities particularly the bar and restaurant were a bit disappointing at times Communication with regards to airport shuttle was frustrating and needs significant improvement I would rate Vera Clinic 5 5 but would give a rating of 4 5 for the entire package because of the shuttle service and hotel facilities which were good but there is clearly a room for significant improvement

Very great clinic Team is very helpful from initial consultation until the operation They answered all my questions Especially Kayra from initial consultation to Yusuf as the translator on my operation day and brahim as the translator on my wash day All were great Outside from some minor transportation issues overall a great clinic

After we group of 5 did a lot of research we selected to get hair transplant at Vera Clinic in November 2023 4 of us got Sapphire FUE and 1 got DHI The overall expereince was good Staff was friendly and respectful and we each had a translator to communicate with medical team Everything about surgery and process was explained in advance but it just felt little bit rushed The 5 star hotel accomodation and transportation was great I would recommed Vera Clinic to friends and family

Veera clinic doctors helping hands and the team if I considered small unit there service are very friendly efficient and very fast to The environment is homely and don t feel like that I am in a clinic The whole clinic is very clean and hygiene Feel very comfortable I want to add one thing that my coordinator Mr Rachit Rachit check and clear me from the day 1 and until today I came back Keep in touch with me and checking my updates Specially for his service I refer many of my friends already to VIRA Clinic

Got recommended to the clinic by a friend who visited earlier for a treatment I spoke with Zahi through whatsapp who was happy to answer all questions prior to the booking and assisted with any post treatment questions He was very prompt with his replies and would recommend anyone looking into to this clinic to ask for him specifically Advantages of the clinic Clean premises who own their own transportation The transfer were made timely with a friendly team in place Improvements for the clinic You get informed one day prior of the plan for the following day alongside the timings It would be good to get some more notice to help plan around this in advance Clinic recommended upgrading my package on the day of the treatment but given the price difference 1K it would be better if this was conveyed earlier so it is not impulse decision Also the after care products I thought were highly priced in comparison to what the offering is Will update this review a year later to feedback on the results of the treatment

Accurate schedule that was followed with reasonable flexibility when needed Safe transport nice hotel Polite customer care Transplanter team was excellent I felt to be in good hands I also appreciate careful guidance before and afterwards

Very supportive consultant O uzhan He walked me through each step very thoroughly before during and after and was always available for any questions that I had If he wasn t sure of the answer he would personally reach out to the doctor and get back to me When I arrived everything went smoother than anticipated I made contact with my driver less than 30 minutes after landing and was transported comfortably back to a beautiful hotel The staff at beta clinic was very professional and made you feel confident in your decision to choose them The office was extremely clean and inviting Aside from the anesthesia numbing injection there was no pain whatsoever

I would like to share my experience with you My first point of contact was with Mirela and she has been quite exceptional Mirela has been available every time I ask a question from day one As a female I am one of few as most as males I was the only female onsite during my process and I never felt uncomfortable The Drivers who collect and drop throughout the process are equally superb professional and caring On arrival you are met at the door and known by your first name by everyone I was allocated a personal assistant Doctor Aslihan who stayed with me throughout day one and she ensured I understood every word She was amazing and on the second day she found me and ask how I was doing Above and beyond Every member of staff was polite caring professional inspiring and comfortable to be around Zerrin was with me on day 2 and brought me through the second procedure and informed me of all necessary processes going forward She was wonderful It is not possible to mention all by name but they all deserve congratulation I chose to add the Oxycure treatment and it was very good It could easily be a worrying event but the doctor talks you through every minute and stays with you It was very easy and relaxing The Clinic is beautiful and in a fabulous location with the coastline across the road so friends and family can go for a lovely walk while waiting Thank you guys
