Yet again let down by customer service for the love of God save your money buy the normal Minichamps release The staff are rude shockingly unhelpful when there s an issue with the purchase Be aware if you buy from verstappen com you will be charged for each model 44 00 in custom charges VAT handling fees I bought one 1 18 scale model ended up with a bill of 101 17 in charges the cost of the model 140 00 I do feel that the Verstappen shop should send a pre-order amount before sending the item then you have the choice to carry on with the purchase or cancel the purchase The shop is not helping customers if you live in the UK you are not wanted at all Just try return something then you will see what lovely customer service people work for verstappen com It is the worst service ever It is worst than SKY TV I never fault I would be saying that View what other buyers have been put through shocking reading these comments From a 2 Time World Champion not what I expected but then again the comments Perez made at the end of the season are right on the money well the only course of action is to switch off F1 or support another team which I m doing my money will be spent on ASTON MARTIN F1 A team with class know-how to treat their supporters right their shop is UK based

No full refund

After a cancellation of an order they don t refund the complete amount which had been paid This is not acceptable for any customer

Felice again causing the Verstappen name to be shamed poor service

Well I was going to leave a review about this company but it seems that Felice is the problem in the company as other buyers have pointed to this agent I am going to put this in writing to Red Bull Racing a Copy to Max Verstappen as I m shocked that the website is still allowing these issues no wonder they don t want to add Trustpilot to their home page instead they have used Google reviews so I m asking everyone from now on if they have an issue with verstappen com to review on both sites this will then show the reviews on google are in fact fake not like Trustpilot who give true accounts of the issues credit when its due which I have done about many websites Sorry Max Verstappen but until you sack Felice nothing will change will turn your fans against you

I have been buying from these a while

I have been buying from these a while all good and no issues at all Last May I buy the miami model F1 car as it is unique and great livery on it paid up and was given email it would be delivered end of quarter 2023 No sign contacted support what a joke apologies issued and told it would be after Xmas Still no sign wrote to support again asking when is it coming I asked are they going to compensate us for the long delay Response was it would be end of March and they won t compensate for the long delay either And yetagain still nothing or email to say when it s coming and going by the reviews it seems I m not the only one Customer service is pi poor and badly managed Now I understand why this website don t use Trustpilot to leave one on there Web site go onto Google maps look up there business leave post

Verstappen com - Terrible company

I ordered the Max Verstappen year book that was posted on the 08 01 2014 with tracking using DHL I followed the tracking and before it left Holland the tracking said it was being returned due to having the wrong customs label on the item Then the tracking from the 08 01 2014 says returned to sender in transit I have sent several emails to this company and each time they say they are waiting for the item and its proticol not to do anything until its received back to them I said what if its lost and they just get nasty and say they are waiting for the item I will somehow write to redbull Max I am sure they would not support this way of treating customers Be very aware of buying anything from this company There customer care is disgraceful

The most horrendous online shopping experience I have ever had Total incompetence with everything to do with the order Order cancelled for no reason reordered only for them to request payment again when I had already paid various items in the order refunded without any correspondence and now the package is lost Customer service is shambolic to say the least A real pity

Ive tried so many times to cancel orders only to be treated like dirt the shop owes me over 2 000 in refunds this has been going on since February they never reply to messages I m at the stage now of contacting my solicitor taking the MAX VERSTAPPEN SHOP TO COURT I am warning you if you cancel anything with Verstappen com you will not get your money back look at other buyers and how they have been treated by an F1 2 TIME WORLD CHAMPION MY SUPPORT FAN BASE has gone from a 10 10 to a 2 10 It has now been passed on to RED BULL RACING for ripping off a customer who is disabled is a vulnerable adult L KS GOOD MAX ON YOUR C V
