It s been said by those giving 1 star They talk the talk but don t walk the walk I m surprised to find so many people in desperate need and not getting the support Victims Support say they will give and people deserve I m still waiting for the Victims Support to ring as they said they would I hope I ve not already written a review my head is in turmoil - what to do I contacted them on 9th December I ve had 2 calls since then still got no where We ll call you back

Useless patronising no help at all no point in speaking to them they don t care at all make you feel worse than you already are accuse you of things you haven t done horrendous service font waste your time talk to God instead at least you will get some peace from him

awful service when you need some help or who can speak someone only helpline can support you with local team they take side and not help you at all i not happy with they i glad i get rid of them but the helpline aint a issue at all very helpful take time to listen to you

hilariously poor
40 minutes holding on the phone eventually answered by an hilariously clicheed emotional support person they d smothered their voice in cotton wool it sounded completely disingenuous when i explained my situation using analogies to elucidate i was criticised for using analogies that s when i realised i was wasting my time

Absolutely awful victim blaming company
Absolutely awful I ve been waiting for over a year for victim support and have heard nothing I pulled my finger out this week to get in touch Tried and was given excuses gatekeeped blamed and then ultimately told that they don t care I m still living next door to my abuser and nothing has changed I haven t received any help Be aware they don t care

They Pretend that they are on your side
They Pretend that they are on your side in everything but the reality is completely different I was supposed to have been compensated for Criminal Injuries caused by a pack of SCUM BAGS living nearby but the Compensation is just a FANTASY I honestly don t TRUST this organisation and seems that something very DODGY is going on

What an experience
I revived a call on the 16 12 2023 at 14 54 pm a woman was on the other end of the phone I didn t get a name Her tone was condescending throughout she was shocked to learn that I didn t have insurance and thought knowing I was robbed was a good time to remind me you need to have insurance it was after this I hung up the phone The call lasted all of 2 minutes and was made to feel like it was all my fault
