After we dumped our gear and made a quick visit to Walmart for provisions we discovered our oven was not working The next day Saturday I reported the matter at approximately 4pm UK time Within 1 hour we had a gentleman from the on site management company and an engineer visit unfortunately the oven could not be repaired until Monday 9am on Monday morning the door knocked and a brand new oven was installed Brilliant service from all concerned I d like to highlight this was the only minor inconvenience we had for 2 days The villa was beautiful clean spacious with a fantastic pool and games room The fridge was also stocked with essentials on our arrival We couldn t have asked for a nicer location The complex was immaculate I have absolutely no problems in recommending Debbie s Villas to anyone and if we go back they will be my first port of call for this type of accommodation Excellent

From the start Debbie s villas have been great Fantastic communication immediate confirmation of my booking and updates leading up to the trip Spoke to a few of the team too just generally lovely and helpful - customer service still exists in some parts of the world I had a WiFi issue in the villa and it was sorted the same morning and wa not an issue after that point I ll be going back to Florida in 2027 and will be using Debbie s hills again Highly recommend

After a bad experience with a well known major booking site we searched around and after reading the online reviews decided to use Debbie s villas to book our Florida villa for 2024 They are UK based so easy to call and chat to professional exceptionally helpful and so east to book with There is also lots of helpful info online and clear instructions on accessing your villa with helpful tips in the information they send out Villa was brilliant and absolutely no issues Clean and was as described After 20 years of holidaying in USA this booking experience was the best by far Would definitely recommend and use Debbie s villas again

Debbie s Villas is a wonderful friendly company to rent your Florida holiday villa from Excellent customer service from the start of our booking right up to our holiday They kept us well informed and never let us down The villa in Ridgewood Lakes was lovely quiet clean and well looked after pool heating was on when we arrived and a welcome pack consisting of food and drink had been supplied prior to our arrival We shall be booking another villa holiday to Florida with Debbie s Villas very soon and you should too highly recommended
