I contacted Vuly with an enquiry about a new safety net for a trampoline that I purchased about 7 years ago The store that i had bought it from had since changed hands and there was no record of my purchase Blake Rutherford was fantastic in digging out the old registration and promptly despatching the required parts at a greatly reduced price Fantastic customer service

Our experience has been fantastic from the start Shipping was extremely fast and even before it got here we got an email saying to call them if there was any issue with shipping as they had some issues in the past with one particular shipping company Fast forward to us putting it together - it really takes HOURS to assemble the XL Quest but totally worth it Our kids have played on it daily since it was put together and I ve enjoyed that extra time with them every day talking to them while they swing I can t say I m always thrilled with my Facebook-targeted ads but I can this time around Thanks for creating such a fun creative and comparably affordable playset option I can t wait to see what else you come up with

We love the Vuly products they are an Australian company and it shipped out of Brisbane we have a Vuly trampoline that has stood the test of time and for my sons 6th birthday we decided to give the bikes a go his last bike was trek and felt for the price of a new trek seemed like it was better quality at the right price point and it is It arrived in 48hrs and was very easy to assemble Great colours too so my son loves it too

we brought the ultra medium sized trampoline for our two girls ordered and delivered in 2 business days manual and installation was well written and easy to follow making it easy to build Girls have loved using it we even got the shade on top to protect them for summer they spent a good hour on it jumping and the quality of the product is good compared to other trampolines we have seen very happy with this purchase and the children love it will probably buy the mister accessory for summer thank you
