Great car rental from Volkswagen financial services Huddersfield

Dealing with both Andrew and Peter organising the car rental was easy The actual cost of rental was quite reasonable and unlimited mileage was automatically included We were given a lovely clean car which was almost brand new and in excellent condition Next time we visit Huddersfield and need a car we will definitely come to VW to do so

Fantastic experience all round I believe the gentleman was Steve who called not long after booking which was only the day before I needed it who advised there was an issue with vehicle I booked but another would be arranged Fast efficient when picking up vehicle the same with drop off with refund issued quickly for the deposit Would definitely recommend

An amazing customer service from beginning to end None of the problems you normally get with other places The process from needing a car to get to work to having the car was remarkable Very quick and helpful bunch of people

Citygate - an amazing find

Mike at Citygate was fantastic Warm friendly and caring As it was the first time we d ever hired a camper van he answered all my questions with patience and was extremely helpful throughout the process Especially so when we were delayed returning because of motorway closures I couldn t recommend him and Citygate more highly The Camper van was clean and beautifully presented The whole process was easy and the information given ahead of our booking very useful I d never come across Citygate before but they rent out all types of vehicles including two VW camper vans I would have no hesitation in returning

Carol is obviously a star after reading the other reviews So l will simply add my praise towards her also Friendly knowledgeable and the reason we would never use any other rental provider I can t say anymore really
