Great drawing tablets for the digital artist

My first graphics tablet was a factory refurbished Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen and Touch Used it for several years with absolutely no issues The Bamboo Fun was then passed on to my sister when I got the smaller Wacom Intuos Pen and Touch that I still use today I have had a great experiences using these graphics tablets and will continue to buy from Wacom in the future I would highly recommend the company and their products to anyone interested in digital art or graphic design

I own a Wacom Intuos 4 tablet for about 8 years It works perfectly There were problems with USB ports - i just gave it to a local IT guy he fixed the ports without any problems I also broke my pen - and I m glad that there s a possibility to buy the pen separately I m a member of many digital paining groups everyone recommends Wacom as a company that makes products for professionals so I m surprised with the overall rating However I never had any contact with the customer service - just emailed the support once unfortunately they didn t provide the right solution however I was able to fix the problem myself - I found the proper drivers and everything works fine

Don t buy anything from Wacom EVER

Have been chasing them for literally years at this point Original purchase was a Cintiq Companion - first gen As is now well-known in VFX circles that first generation had an incredibly poorly designed charging port that broke under normal use without fail After chasing them around for months they finally agreed to take it back and replace it with a second gen machine of the same type which purportedly solved the charge port issue That replacement lasted about a month before it also began failing to charge Then the pandemic hit during which nobody was fixing or doing much of anything I was unable to pursue remedy during that time Now I pick it up again and they tell me they are no longer making any version of the model and offered me a miserly 5 discount on the opportunity to spend another 2K on their faulty products So I am stuck with a 2 000 doorstop To the misfortune of the pro vfx community and like-minded hobbyists Wacom has a near-monopoly on these kind of pro-level pen tablets There s a huge opportunity here for an honest company to create an equivalent product and completely crush Wacom Here s hoping some major monitor manufacturer takes up the banner and puts a just and deserved end to these unprofessional fools

Love Wacom Have used a tablet for many years Bought a new Intros Bluetooth Don t waste your money stick with the wired version Bluetooth is glitchy sticky and not as smooth as when wired Simply can t get any tech support - phoned a million times never get through and online is appalling Really surprised by this company

Absolute garbage drivers

Absolute garbage software It basically NEVER works My product is brand new I have windows 10 and everything is constantly updated The drivers just do NOT work for unknown reasons I need this stuff for my job and it s incredibly frustrating This company does not care about their products working properly and I will surely never buy from them again and neither should you
