We recently move in park west apartment The flat have a lot of issues we have contacted several times with the agency They don t reply to the emails and when they rarely do they reassure us that problems will be fixed It s been a month now that we are without heater in the bedroom and that s illegal by law They dont seem to care that I am pregnant and because the bedroom is so cold I caught a serious cold with high fever for days that can affect my unborn child THE WORST AGENCY EVER THEY DON T KNOW HOW TO DO PROPERLY THEIR JOB UNPROFESSIONAL THEY CARE ONLY HOW TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

It is the first time in my life that I need to write negative review for a company that shows how desperate I am and how I fed up to dispute with you all of the time And obsviously I write through trust pilot because it is the only chance to come in contact with me immediately Usually I am waiting 17 days or more for a reply First of all you are chasing for me the cleaner for over 4 months and cleaner never appeared Also I have asked if I can remove only the rotten furnitures but it is not the reason that I am unhappy with your agency ovviously As far as colors are concerned the landlord is happy I to paint the flat with my expenses and she has already agreed with the colours I chose Finally it is sounds weird to me that a landlord choose the clients To receivehigher offers and reject ours it is understandable but rethink our offer why Thank you
