Please beware they claim shipping is 14 weeks due to covid but I am now at 21 weeks and still no firm delivery date Every time I follow up they give me a new answer

Unwarranted charges
I called and got a quote on a piece of office furniture We did the research and decided on Western Passion s chair When I went to pay for the chair there was an upcharge called Fuels and Raw Materials Upcharge in the amount of 134 95 on a 2 699 chair My represented apologized that the charge was not relayed to us but we had no choice pay it or do not purchase the chair I explained that I thought the charge was a devious way to add costs but in the end had to absorb the chair Unprofessional

Price Deception
I ordered a rug from Western Passion After the order was placed they charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation email After that they emailed me saying they changed their minds and would not sell me the rug at the price I paid I am still waiting for a refund They did not offer me anything in the way of making it right
