Lovely company to deal with very helpful on the phone and huge range of products for water activities My product didn t fit but the return was simple and refunded very quickly as a replacement wasn t what a wanted this time Will shop again here for sure

I have been having trouble finding the right seaboot for myself and have had to return a pair This was made so easy to do and when I phoned about getting an exchange this was no problem and was carried out quickly Thanks so much for being so professional

Great choice excellent advice over the phone and simple returns for a fixed price of 4 99 which I felt was fair to allow me to choose between 2 wetsuits There s no charge for exchanging for a different size Thanks for a great experience Just wish I d thought to order boots and gloves at the same time

Easy to use website efficient turn-around of order and delivery and sizing guide good for me - I am 6 1 12stone 33 waist 40 chest 32 inside leg and bought Medium Tall which is perfect maybe a cm or so long in the arms compared with made-to-measure Seems and seams well made For use summer snorkelling in the UK

I order a suit online which was too small I returned it to the store where they were very helpful in kitting me out with the right size suit The staff were extremely knowledgeable about sizing wetsuit materials and design
