Let down by lack of attention to detail

The wetsuit arrived folded up inside the postage bag with no protective packaging There were finger marks on it Apparently all this company s wetsuits are sent out like this This presentation raises a serious hygiene problem which is not acceptable but when I queried I was told that no-one else had questioned this Really

Ordered a boardbag via website

Great range of products and Customer Services couldn t have been more helpful on the phone Unfortunately they were let down by a lack of attention to detail by the picking and packing department who initially sent the wrong product then didn t read Customer Services instructions to put the replacement product in the next day delivery post so that it would arrive in time to use

No product lack of information

Ordered a boardbag via website was then contacted to say that the bag was not available but a slightly larger one was I ok d the larger bag only to be then told that the model i wanted wasn t available This process of back and forth emails took a couple of days - obviously i had been charged for the product too so had to wait for a refund which was processed quickly -thanks I understand that mistakes happen as do errors with stock on websites but this was a bit of a waste of my time hence the poor review

Disappointing

Ordered a product online with a stated 4-6 day delivery estimate email received straight away informing me that I would receive a further email on the item being shipped Fast forward 9 days no email and no product Tom was very apologetic when I questioned the order by email and my refund was actioned immediately Doesn t help with the board bag obviously but now I can look elsewhere to purchase

Still haven t received my order

I waited for weeks only to eventually be told that they couldn t fulfill the order review is 2 stars rather than one as they offered an alternative- but it wasn t an adequate replacement - and was cheaper than my original purchase Purchase was for a present so I missed the date whilst waiting for an update and then not getting anything - very disappointing

A bit confused as I thought I was

A bit confused as I thought I was buying from the Wet suit Centre but my payment and some E mails came from the sorted wet suit shop so don t really know who to rate On Trust Pilot these companies are show as separate companies with one scoring 3 7 and one scoring 4 3 so looks as though someone is trying to hood wink people On the plus side suit arrived albeit a day later than originally quoted and it fits

I received a different product than I ordered

I ordered two 1mm thick rash vests but when they arrived they were just regular neoprene ones I went to the trouble of contacting the vendor and pointed this mistake with their website out giving them an opportunity to fix this for me and for future customers I just received a generic reply No apology no proposed action to fix things nothing I had to pay to return

I haven t received my order

I haven t received my order I placed the order my money went out of my bank and then I was told the wetsuit is on back order 2 nd time this has happened with this company

Sold me an item they didn t actually

Sold me an item they didn t actually have in stock but was on back order - no mention of this on the items page It didn t turn up at their place on time which meant I didn t get it either and ended up with a refund You shouldn t sell items you don t have in stock

Poor ordered to then be told it was on

Order has arrived and tbf after messaging them I got something different but as good would use again and hopefully it will be smoother thanks anyway
