Disappointed

For several tears i am buying wetsuit in your store and very pleased Two weeks ago i ordered a wetsuit for my boy After 1 week when the wetsuit did bot arrived wrote a mail asking for explanation You reply that that DHL do not sent to my erea And cancelled my order My new address is two blocks from my old one which you send the wetsuit befor so i don t understand what have changed and why i didnt get an email about it only after i send one myself

Ordered two seat covers The purchase order stated 3-5 days The items did not arrive I went to the website and the order then stated on back order I contacted wetsuit centre and received no reply At no point should any organisation sell something that they don t have

Please answer me this is the fifth email I am sending on the subject I was promised a refund for the late delivery and since then you have not given me an answer In addition the suit came to me torn and already destroyed I bought a suit for a lot of money it s a suit that should last a very long time it can t be that it was destroyed

Error in the website shows unavailable item

I was exploring the web store for long time and found a wetsuit fit to my needs About two days after purchasing I got a mail from the store say Unfortunately we had an error with our website and it stated that we had some items in stock which we did not this includes the item you had ordered

Don t order if you need quick delivery

Ordered two lifejackets no mention they were not in stock Sent an email after a week where are they Got a rude reply about industry norm not to have stock on order with the supplier will be with me within a week they clearly must have known that wasn t true as still nothing three weeks on Feel really let down

I ordered a ladies wet suit and they

I ordered a ladies wet suit and they sent 2 boys wetsuits instead It then took over a week to receive the correct wetsuit The pre-paid postage they sent for me to return the incorrect wetsuits was only up to 1kg but he they were over 3kg so I had to pay this myself I had to carry them to the nearest Post office as the didn t arrange collection from my address which is the least they could do considering the circumstances A very bad experience from start to finish

Placed an order and never received it they blaming me for not being home in delivery day probably delivery left it anywhere and I couldn t find it anywhere how can this be my fault I don t understand so delivery company can drop items anywhere and this will be customers fault speechless I m not buying it from a delivery company but I m buying from Wetsuit shop and they are responsible to deliver items to a customer Had to deal with my bank to get my money back as they refused to redeliver or refund Dodgy company 100 With other company s never had any issues with orders before

Wetsuit boots advertised as 9 5 UK size

Wetsuit boots advertised as 9 5 UK size on website boots arrived in 9 5 UK size box but were UK 10 5 boots Very poor customer service very slow replies 40 minutes just to get to a point where a returns label was issued Blame attributed to manufacturer even though the wetsuit centre states on their website all items are checked before dispatch for size etc Just very poor service and experience Will not use this company again consider before purchasing anything as if something goes wrong its very time consuming Consider people like Annes Cottage who provide an excellent service never experiencing problems

Orca RS1 wetsuit top

Orca RS1 wetsuit topI purchased an Orca RS1 wetsuit top from the Wetsuit Centre The very flexible parts on either side of the center back began to disintegrate first and over two seasons of regular use the wetsuit has become completely unfit for purpose The Wetsuit Centre asked me to return it stating that Orca offers a 3-year warranty However when returned I was informed that Orca only provides a 12-month warranty on this product and that my claim was outside this period There was no further discussion or attempt to understand my position Despite the 12-month warranty I believe that a premium product like an expensive Orca wetsuit should be fit for service beyond just one year
