A good service and fast delivery However the Xcel boots were too small even though I bought my usual size 8 Therefore I had to sent them back and I had to pay approximately 6 postage fee

reference vouchers system puzzles me For example your reducing the items by 10 for all customers but for the customers that have earned rewards for already purchasing from you Can not using rewards to purchase the same reduced items this means the 10 offers of no use to the people with rewards Puts a little bit of doubt on your reward system Best regards Steve

Speedy service and speedy problem resolution

I ordered a larger size boot than previously 11 instead of my norm GUL size of 10 so that I can wear winter socks The order arrived incredibly fast but I was disappointed to find that the boots were no bigger than my previous size 10 boots A phone call to wetsuit outlet and after explaining that Gull seem to have changed their sizing a return and full refund was arranged without quibble It did leave me to order the next size up 12s separately These have arrived and fit well with winter socks meanwhile Wetsuit outlet have confirmed receipt of the returned boots advising refund to credit card within 14 days So wetsuit outlet were quick to deliver their orders but also quick to correct a problem Well done

As described and came in good time Bit annoying to have to pay return postage on one I bought that was too small Given I was buying another size A free delivery exchange option would be nice on an item of that value
