Half order disappeared

Ordered 4 chairs2 chairs delivered but there is no news of other 2 chairs been waiting and waiting but nobody has given any update at all as to what happened with half the order all dead quiet

Very poor quality

Very poor quality Loved the stools when they arrived but they have not lasted that long We now have to throw them away which is so frustrating as the welding has completely broken and they are dangerous to sit on Where saints go don t want to know about it as we ve had them more than 6 months I bought them expecting them to last a lot lot longer than that

Rude customer supportGreat quality and amazing chairs style but very disappointed with the customer service which after received a chair with broken leg called me and didn t allow me to speak and were extremely rude until the point I would like to raise a complaint I requested her name in order to process it

no customer communication customer s service is beyond being poor pre-ordered chairs in September expecting delivery in November its 20th November tried many times contacting the seller no reply their telephone number doesn t ring most of the time still have no idea when the chairs will arrive

POOR QUALITY STOOLS MANUFACTURED IN INDIA

Bought some attractive cast iron leather swivel stools in 2021 They look great BUT BE WARNED - THEY ARE BAD QUALITY The stools were manufactured in India and one is required to attach adhesive strip to the stool base to protect wood flooring The adhesive lasts 2 or 3 months max Then your oak floor gets sticky with adhesive strip deposits Then your oak floor gets scratched where the cast iron base has repeatedly worn through the last sticky adhesive strip Then WhereSaintsGo advise that they no longer stock the stool nor the adhesive strip and therefore I am on my own Oh and now the tanned leather dye is wearing off and faded to grey and is about to crack at the edges If you just want a stool for show for a year or so and don t care about looking after your wooden floor go ahead and buy If not go elsewhere I wish I had

Damaged goods

Chair arrived damaged Was told on phone that couldn t deal with my email as was in a queue even though had read it Had to wait further 36 hours to get email saying would replace Should have been told this straight away on phone as damage was obvious Still waiting for damaged chair to be taken away Large box taking up room in house To add insult get stupid email saying Hip Hip Horray spelled wrong signed feel the love

Good product poor customer service

Love my chairs when I wanted to purchase more they told me more would have come in Sept In sept took me a week to find out the range has been discontinued and had to buy different colour No help no support and rude Sort out your CS experience is all a customer wants as your products are not cheap

I ordered 4 Brooklyn dining chairs

I ordered 4 Brooklyn dining chairs which I received months later I didn t really have a problem with this because they were the chairs I wanted two of them came damaged two replacements were sent Unfortunately they were the wrong colour then I realised I had actually been sent tan instead of brown originally Obviously my order wasn t checked before being sent out I have sent everything back which was a massive inconvenience and mess about My problem is I want the chairs I ordered in brown but what I ve been given is a refund This company have not made there mistakes a priority refuse to answer my calls about this so now is my order placed I suspect not What absolutely terrible customer service I ve had from day one This is a terrible way to treat your customers ands to cancel the order is a disgrace

Disappointed Customer Service

I ve been trying to return 6 chairs I ordered within the 14 day return period I emailed to let them know and I swiftly had an email advising I had to log this online on the portal Having done this I haven t access to the portal and they ve decided to ignore my emails It s a hefty amount of money tied up in the chairs and I ve never had a more difficult returns process than Where Saints Go I d really think hard before you buy from them

Painting flaking off within 2 weeks

Had the chairs for less than 2 weeks paint on the chairs is already flaking off Poor quality paint has been used during manufacturing
