This company is a scam

This company is a scam Bought swimwear and they never shipped it didn t answer on e-mail or any other queries on social channels Many others have had the same experience when looking at their Instagram channel

Order took 7 weeks to arrive

Order took 7 weeks to arrive contacted customer care and after not getting a response for weeks they finally responded saying there was nothing they could do Very disappointing

They provide no tracking number at all

They provide no tracking number at all After reading some reviews about the website being a scam I decided to contact them However they did reach out to me about the matter Please be careful

Never received item

It has been 2 months and I have never received item It took 3 emails for them to respond as there does not seem to be any contact number They fobbed me off saying to wait an extra 14 days obviously a automated email and then if not received to contact the courier However as I am based in the UK AU Post wont let me submit a missing item without an Australian phone number I wish I had read other peoples reviews before I ordered I m not sure if this is a scam or just a terribly run company

SCAM

SCAM Do not order from them They will charge you send you a tracking number then never ship the item I ve reached out to them via social media and email filed a claim with usps and reached out to Australia post and have continued to be ignored They have not refunded me or sent me the swimsuit I purchased This is a scam to take your money

Terrible Customer Service

Purchasing through their website is a terrible experience When you re about to make a purchase it doesn t tell you anything about shipping time or where it s being shipped from It doesn t allow you the opportunity to review and confirm before making the purchase I contacted them immediately to cancel the shipment via email several times and on social and they didn t respond and went ahead and shipped it I eventually found out it takes 7-12 days from Australia and that wasn t pointed out and it s arriving too late for me Terrible customer service No contact number either Update received the parcel several weeks later Contacted them immediately to initiate return and they are ignoring me I ve contacted them several times over the past couple weeks and no response They eventually replied to my original email stating their website wasn t clear and the response was rude and passive aggressive

Scammed The one piece I paid 100 for never arrived No one relies via email and I got blocked from all social pages for asking where my order was
