Actual delivery time on the day differed from text message from Dobbies and Wincanton but this was not a problem The guys were able to get 4 very heavy boxes literary over the garden gate without too much trouble Over all very polite good communication Excellant

Wincanton delivery on behalf of The Lounge Company
The guys from Wincanton delivered a sofa from The Lounge Company - kept in touch before delivery time and informed of expected time of arrival Carefully put sofa in lounge after removal of all transport covers which they took away Legs put in place Very helpful and experienced guys Would highly recommend

Both delivery drivers were polite They rang me when they were 20 minutes away from my property to advise that they would be with me within 20 minutes They took instruction to ensure they didn t mark the bedroom walls in anyway which of course they weren t going to when taking the furniture into the room Very pleased with the professional service received Thank you

Top Stuff
Sofa arrived within advised two hour delivery time Before I could stop them they had removed their shoes I tend not to ask delivery people to remove their shoes as it is time consuming and tricky while carrying heavy awkward items but I was grateful nonetheless Sofa unpackaged set up and put in correct place Removed all the packaging and took it with them Top stuff
