After ringing last week as back door

After ringing last week as back door would not lock I was so pleased with service as it was fixed straight away Gordon came today and fixed the problem and also checked other doors which one had dropped and he fixed that little problem without hesitation

My house looks fresh and is cosy and bright Excellent communication throughout Installers identified problems and provided solution options immediately Any issues were actioned and solutions implemented asap or units replaced within 10 days Installers were respectful of my property and extremely tidy and polite Our case manager Kim was always diligent and wonderful to work with

We have just had our windows fitted by Windows Plus Roofs We received an excellent service throughout firstly from Jane Tate administration and the guys who fitted our windows Craig and Lee were fantastic they were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves I would certainly recommend this company the windows have been fitted to a high spec we are over the moon Thank you Windows Plus Roofs your team effort is brilliant You also communicated with us throughout the process well done to everyone

Courtney was very helpful in explaining the construction and design of the product He was helpful in explaining the various different finance options and felt he listened to my want I wanted and kept with in my budget So happy with my initial order I added 5 more windows to be replaced Time frame of 6 weeks was a bit longer than expected but hopefully good things come to those who wait

Sales and office communication before and after installation was excellent The window fitters were highly skilled knowledgeable and respectful of my home leaving both the inside and outside very tidy I was first approached by Windows and Roofing but I now understand that Budget windows forms part of the company Although I am very pleased with my windows in terms of branding I would not have been naturally drawn to purchase my windows from Budget windows - believing that I would receive a low cost inferior product This clearly was not the case however I thought it was worthy of comment

I had my bay window fitted today very pleased with the result Quality windows and fitted to a very high standard Phillip and Dan were professional friendly and polite they were very respectful to my husband and me they took time and care to protect my floors and furniture inside and placed a tarpaulin outside to protect the garden Everything was cleaned and left in excellent order I received a follow up call from Jane who again was polite and friendly asking how the installation had gone information was given re warranty and email sent to me with guarantee I would not hesitate to use this company again and would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of having upgrades on windows thank you
