WolT CROATIA The worst late delivery changed the estimated time 3 times cold food and they charge u servicecost that u never get When you complain they don t do ANYTHING but tell you that you are wrong They seem to know about the temperature of my food once it arrives and they flat out tell you that you are crazy USE ANYTHING ELSE Or pick up yourself I m out

Hi guys DO NOT USE THIS APP unless you want to be disappointed i ve attempted 2 orders once i never even got my order after a day i was finally given credits the next attempt on an order it won t even let me place an order this app I wish uber eats was here instead

Misleading Promotions and Overcharged

I m absolutely furious with Wolt s Germany deceptive practices I ordered two burgers through what was advertised as a Buy One Get One Free offer expecting to receive four burgers in total Instead I was charged the full 20 4 euros and didn t get anything extra for free This is blatant false advertising and it s unacceptable The whole experience feels like a scam If Wolt is going to lure customers in with promotions at least honor them To add insult to injury their support team offered no meaningful resolution and left me feeling cheated Avoid Wolt if you value honest service they clearly don t

Wolt GeorgiaThis happens third time I am frequent consumer of this application I ordered food waited for 2 hours then i received message that food has came I messaged help and they told me that something happened and it wouldnt arrive this application used to be better after I asked for my money back I was told that I wouldnt be able to receive it for 5 days So my money is held hostage

Not helpful support long waiting ques no help from thei resturant team 30 commision and what the do is just sit and not respond I wish them to close down in future

It looks like only incompetent people work there Their ads are so annoying and cheap in comparison to the service proces that they offer I d get in a bus for 10 hours if needed to get to the next restaurant and won t use this app
