Good customer service

I ve had positive experiences with Wolt in Berlin Whenever I had a problem the customer service was quick to respond and very friendly on top of that Super convenient to directly chat within the app as well I ve always gotten my money back or received Wolt tokens for delayed deliveries 4 stars because the food comes spilled and delayed sometimes but that happens rather rarely
