It looks like only incompetent people work there Their ads are so annoying and cheap in comparison to the service proces that they offer I d get in a bus for 10 hours if needed to get to the next restaurant and won t use this app

Misleading Promotions and Overcharged

I m absolutely furious with Wolt s Germany deceptive practices I ordered two burgers through what was advertised as a Buy One Get One Free offer expecting to receive four burgers in total Instead I was charged the full 20 4 euros and didn t get anything extra for free This is blatant false advertising and it s unacceptable The whole experience feels like a scam If Wolt is going to lure customers in with promotions at least honor them To add insult to injury their support team offered no meaningful resolution and left me feeling cheated Avoid Wolt if you value honest service they clearly don t
