I placed an order with Wolt which promised delivery within 25-35 minutes according to their website However my order took more than an hour to arrive Today July 12 at 19 06 European time I transferred 17 99 to Wolt with the promise that I would receive my burger no later than 20 06 It was 20 06 and I had not received my burger which means Wolt breached their contract When I asked for a refund Wolt refused This is unacceptable as they failed to meet their delivery time guarantee and I am left without recourse even though I paid for the service I am not interested in reassurances or waiting indefinitely for a cold burger Wolt should honor their commitments or provide refunds when they fail to deliver on time
