I placed an order with Wolt which promised delivery within 25-35 minutes according to their website However my order took more than an hour to arrive Today July 12 at 19 06 European time I transferred 17 99 to Wolt with the promise that I would receive my burger no later than 20 06 It was 20 06 and I had not received my burger which means Wolt breached their contract When I asked for a refund Wolt refused This is unacceptable as they failed to meet their delivery time guarantee and I am left without recourse even though I paid for the service I am not interested in reassurances or waiting indefinitely for a cold burger Wolt should honor their commitments or provide refunds when they fail to deliver on time

Terrible service I ordered food from wolt money was taken from my card then I saw my order was rejected so I messaged wolt gave them all the details with an order number included for them to tell me they can t find the order and theirs nothing they can do So I had to go to collect my food which was ready for over an hour and cold With not even an apology from wolt If I could give a zero for this service I would

I get bad food for 15 and ask for a refund as expected After asking for a refund they gave me a refund in credits knowing I can t use credits because they ARBITRARILY flagged my account to not use credits Then they tell me it s impossible to refund on the card In conclusion you will get refunded on the place you cannot use your money on thank you Wolt

Not helpful for their own employees Just excuses everytime and give a name of technical expertise problems so that we don t say anything I would not suggest wolt to work for any person who is finding job Completely disappointed

Wolt is increasingly useless It seems as recently they don t have enough drivers We do live in very central Berlin Nevertheless our delivery restaurant radius is due to increased demand reduced- to essentially nowhere Will delete Wolt app now Shame as restaurants are good- but only in theory

I don t know if this works for Wolt in the Czech Republic but I had an awful experience tonight I ordered food and it never arrived and said it was delivered When I contacted their customer support team it took them almost two hours to deal with my issue every message took 5-10 minutes response time They tried to contact me by phone which didn t work as I had my old number listed fail enough my fault But they also told me they contacted me by email and chat The email thing was just a lie they never did so The chat did happen but in some dark back corner of the Wolt app that I could only find with literal directions to find it There was no notification or anything They sent me a bunch of emojis but never dealt with my issue and I did not get a refund DO NOT USE THIS APP

They charge you for Wolt without your consent They just charged me 4 99 euros without my consent by using my paypal account Also support says call police we don t do anything for you Will remove this and use ubereats or other competitiors

Have changed their policy - no longer issue refunds on groceries unless you report the issue immediately always used to allow 2 weeks or even more I m now 50 euros down Robbers

On November 23 2024 in the city of Maribor Slovenia I made an order through Wolt at the Miyabi restaurant The delivery man did not speak Slovenian and could not find our house I had to go to meet him As a result it turned out that in the order there were only 4 rolls in the avocado rolls set instead of 6 there were 5 rolls in the tuna rolls set instead of 6 there was no salmon rolls set at all and there was also no Tiramisu I contacted Wolt support they asked me to send photos Tell me how can I send a photo of the missing product I sent a photo of avocado rolls I had it As a result I was told that the restaurant had prepared and shipped the entire order and the deliveryman assures me that he delivered the entire order I received an apology In fact I was accused of lying They believe the courier s word but they don t believe mine Well I want everyone to know be careful with the delivery of WOLT in Maribor You may lose money

Wolt-Slovenia - My friend ordered for me a gift The courier left it on the street and said he tried to call me and sent me sms I never received any sms Long story short the courier could have easily taken the photo and keep the order But Wolt refused to return my money My spend is usually 3k year and they are willing to lose the business for 40-50 which is not even 2 of my spend Thats what I call smart business
