Good food spoilt by delivery

Two different drivers couldn t find my name written in big font on the front door One driver couldn t use the door bell either but had to call Wolt for help The fries and onion rings were cold but the mayo coleslaw warm because it was packed into the same carton as the hot ribs Order Wolt only if you want your expensive food spoilt by the delivery

I had very good experiences with wolt

I had very good experiences with wolt in the beginning but can not confirm them anymore In the beginning I received refunds if something was not alright with my order now it feels like CS is doing everything to make you take Wolt Tokens Some delivery employees are super friendly and others just let you come downstairs with a made up excuse because they are too lazy to walk upstairs I used to really like Wolt but I feel like it is slowly turning into Lieferando

Good customer service

I ve had positive experiences with Wolt in Berlin Whenever I had a problem the customer service was quick to respond and very friendly on top of that Super convenient to directly chat within the app as well I ve always gotten my money back or received Wolt tokens for delayed deliveries 4 stars because the food comes spilled and delayed sometimes but that happens rather rarely
