Two guys - Mark and Chris - arrived on time having previously advised their ETA to set up our newly purchased ERCOL king size bed with mattress Both were well informed great at their job and represented Woods Furniture to perfection They completed their work in good time leaving us delighted with our recent purchase Thank you Mark Chris for a job very well done We look forward to visiting Woods when we next need any furnishings

Excellent quality product
I have purchased chairs from this company before They arrived quickly and were excellent and comfortable in use still using them The new set of chairs are lighter but plenty sturdy and of equally good finish and very comfortable to use Very happy with this company

Great after-sales service
The table and chairs I purchased were dispatched and delivered promptly and are of great quality There was a problem with one of the parts for one of the chairs but this was resolved swiftly with Anthea s help whose communication was great and the replacement part was dispatched promptly and with no trouble

Great furniture will be ordering again
Great furniture and order arrived within 5 days Delivery was brilliant received notice by email of delivery date and then day before a specific window as well as driver then contacting an hour before arrival This allowed me to manage time so effectively around the delivery Table is amazing very well made and was easy to assemble A perfect addition to our dining space
