Worst service ever
If there are no stars that is what I would give them I ordered the furniture in July beginning of July It has been a nightmare At first delivery they said they cannot move it in For the second attempt they did not show up at all though I received the call they will be there 2 days prior The customer service - NONE I have been trying to call and e-mail for weeks now I am sending an e-mail almost everyday with no response I paid for the product I never received and they do not even bother to contact me I do not even know if I am going to get my money back The worst company I have ever dealt with I wish I saw some of the reviews here earlier

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Their furniture is THE WORST It s like sitting on cement They offer all kinds of guarantees until you need to send something back Our experience has been one big nightmare AND NOW they want to charge me 1000 to send this piece of crap furniture back That is WRONG I have tried for 2 weeks to get this resolved We can t move into our new home because WOODHAVEN FURNITURE is putting the screws to us ITS ONE BIG SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIVES THEY ARE AS EVIL AS THEY COME SHAME ON YOU WH FURNITURE

Worst experience of my life
My husband and I ordered a couch from here in January it shipped and is STILL sitting in the same warehouse for almost 3 weeks We contact them daily and every day it s a new excuse with them I m pregnant and we don t have a couch to sit on My back hurts because i have to sit on our bed This is f king ridiculous

I bought a couch and loveseat in Feb
I bought a couch and loveseat in Feb 2022 and by October the couch wooden frame broke The wood was pushed out the back through the fabric and dented the wall The left arm is loose The furniture is barely used as it s in our back living room I tried emailing several times with no response Called but numbers are no good

This company is the worse furniture
This company is the worse furniture company that I have had the displeasure of ordering from And to make matters worse there is no one in management fir me to speak with per the emoyees that answered the support line I purchased a living room set and received a delivery date I waited 3 weeks and took a day off from work and no deliver no call I spend a total of 8hours over 2 days trying to get answers and the only thing I got was the delivery company is new and has been making many mistakes including scheduling orders without picking up the furniture I have pleaded with the customer service reps to have someone in management contact me but I was told they are always in meetings and is not available I have filed a clain with GA attorney General office and BBB Your response is late and fake Use the time to train your staff on improving customer service and customer sensitivity I was left traumatize from the unnecessary stress you caused The o lying furniture I requested to be picked up was your incomplete set

This company is terrible
This company is terrible There is no telephone number the one listed is not active There is no one to talk to about an order The email is also useless I have emailed and the response is not related to the issue I inquired about What is going on here just please get a phone system we can speak to someone in customer service Amazon etc are bigger and they have good service and we can get someone to speak to to resolve issues

Read before ordering
I waited 3 weeks for a couch and love seat The love seat came with a caved in side and when emailing support I ve for 1 response out of 4 emails on get money back or a new love seat I will never order from here again Customer service department CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key word and they seem to have none It s been over a month since delivery and the original email

Does anyone even work at this company
Does anyone even work at this company any longer Bought a sectional in Feb and the arm is very loose and the ottoman have boards that came apart inside Bought it thru Arron s rental and paid it off immediately SO since I don t owe money they can t have it serviced thru them I have called this NON working number several times and emailed with NO response So I am to assume just as others stated in their reviews we are ALL left with crap quality and NO support and stolen money in my eyes as you have sold defective materials and given a warranty that can t be honered Guess BBB is the next stop or maybe we all pull together for a class action lawsuit Anyone care to acknowledge my concerns now

This is great company
This is great company We ordered a sleeper sofa from them but we had never ordered something as big as furniture online Their team was very helpful and responsive My wife spoke on their chat on their site multiple times before ordering and they were always responsive But what surprised us was that even after it was delivered for free btw we were still easily able to get a response from them on the chat We don t like when you can t get customer service from a business AFTER you buy and Woodhaven did great on this The sleeper sofa is great too I guess all sofabeds are like this but when you sit on it it s firmer than it looked in online It s soft and still very comfortable We re happy with the quality for the price
