I ordered a slim face device from this company waited for two weeks for my order to come in when it came in I got some cheap notebooks they deliverd to me my receipt clearly said I paid for a fave slim device it s been almost a month in half I been emailing them for a refund they asked me to send them pictures of what I received almost 3weeks ago and it will take then 24 to 48 hours to give me my refund it s been now 3 weeks after emailing them over 4 times after the 48hrs after o left a bad review is the only time they have responded back and have ignored all my other messages Today s again I sent them a email and they told me they want more pictures I have already sent them pictures Please make sure you do NOT order from this company it s a SCAM they will send you cheap notebooks or whatever they have in handy looks like I paid 45 for some 2 note pads which I did not order and they are not giving me refund Also they keep dreading my reviews I m sure any good review for this company is fake I m clamming a dispute against this company with my bank hopefully other people will too And get this website shut down

Xpressgoods com is a Scam

So I ordered a bean bag chair with foot rest Dec 2nd After over a month for a 10 BD delivery I get in the mail a small little zippered bag which I suppose is to be the foot rest minus any beans not even as big as a Wal Mart bag Really I paid 25 for an empty suppose to beanless bag foot rest that could only rest 1 foor at a time Lesson learned It will be all over social media what a scam rip off xpressgoods com is i wonder if I m ever going to get the zippered beanless chair that may fit my granddaughters barbie What a disappointment You can t trust nothing these days Big Scam

You don t get what you order

Ordered 3 face masks only received one mask Masks are fake cheap foreign fakes Have reached out to customer service They stated to return mask for refund I should not have to pay return freight on a fake product that does not have any of the advertised features So they ransom you money until you pay to get your honest money back DO NOT SHOP XPRESS GOODS

I sent for the weight loss pellet

I sent for the weight loss pellet belly patches on February 27 2022 When my order came the belly pellets were not there just the patches I have written several times to xpress goods and they have not yet sent the pellets I will not order anything again

Bad company don t order from them

I ordered weight loss belly pellets on February 27 They have been messing around with my order since then They told me it was delivered to my post office on June 10 but I ve been calling the post office every day and there is no delivery I think this whole company is a scam Don t Waste your money on them

I orderd in early May and I have not

I orderd in early May and I have not received my order The tracking says my order was delivered to my city not my home address I checked at my post office and it wasn t there I live in a gated 55 community so there is little chance that my package would have been stolen off my doorstep I have sent emails to their support email address twice and now I can t even log into my account So I think that either they have deleted my account or something is wrong with their website My order total only came to just over 30 00 so I am not too concerned about this amount but I would have really liked to get my order My advice is do not order from XpressGoods AT ALL
