prolonging and not respecting delay of delivery

Added one star after issue being resolved In short we were promised model in 2-3 weeks and it got delayed 3x from the start We have been in Schwainfurth 02 03 2019 where we were first told model 000725001701 is on stock but when we sat with 2nd sales person to make the order there was no stock of the model 30 minutes later We were told it will take 2-3 weeks to get it again as noted on order confirmation document - CCA 2-3 weeks We were informed to arrange delivery termin online and were dissapointed we will get it by 02 04 2019 instead by middle March A week later we went to Wurzburg to check the XXXL store there and bought some chairs Then we asked if there is a possibility to send us 000725001701 faster we had no furniture in new apartment website said that store has it on stock 3 days later we got a call it will be further delayed to 17 04 from 02 04 as already arranged In meantime your company made action on price of the model lowering price further another 200eur and claimed delivery 3-4 weeks We asked for discount and received 184eur coupon nice to spend on something more we thought On 03 04 2019 your logistics left voicemail on contact phone number that delivery will be END OF MAY I went online to check status of order thinking something could be wrong it stayed on Bestellt and if i want to arrange a delivery termin it offers 19 09 2019

All s well that ends well

I m amending a fairly harsh review from April We ordered a dresser Kernbuche Massiv and the hardware was so faulty that the drawer fronts fell off My reviews on Facebook were immediately erased so I turned to Trustpilot My negative review lead to a very quick contact from customer service Not only did Lutz deliver a new dresser but they also covered it being built by their drivers I hope the new dresser proves to be of better construction So I must praise the customer service I received after complaining here I wish that the response had been a bit better at the time My official complaint over Lutz s website was never answered Only my complaint over Trustpilot and Messenger

We bought 6 set chairs last March We ordered gray color but arrived light blue color We did not send it back because we decided to go with light blue But Month later i found out that the chairs have bad smell Its so bad in the nose maybe this was of the materials So dissappointing Grr I dont know if we can still change this chairs

Defective goods sent multiple times

One of the dining chairs arrived destroyed and unusable it never should have shipped in this condition No return label provided either as promised on their website I had three different boxes and not a single return label was included I reached out to customer service with photo evidence of the damage and they are not providing help to pick up the damaged goods sent Also are not willing to offer replacement or refund until much later and they do not guarantee to even hold replacement of the chair until they receive the damaged goods UPDATE I was able to get a response to the email address provided below A replacement chair was sent but this also had an issue the cream coloured seat was completely stained A small discount was provided eventually I would have preferred for a chair without a defect but accepted the discount because it is too time consuming going back and forth for days

No water connection

No water connection or electricity connection is made in Belgium We have to do that on our own They did not mention this when we bought the kitchen
