THESE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL THIEVES AND BLACK PEOPLE UNFRIENDLY BEWARE SCAM ZONE
These people are professional thieves they are bent on stealing from foreigners Blacks and sending emails to start a contract even when you ve not consented These people charged me 68 18 cent for light as written in the email I received when the who referred me to them is paying 29 cent as at the time I live alone in a 1 room apartment and Yello charged me very high after paying 40 euros for a year I still get a Nachzahlung of 759 Euros which I m still paying as at the time of writing this Yello also increases kWh used by customers with the aim that you will just pay without paying attention to it They think all foreigners especially BLACKS are illiterates they just send bills and expect that you pay YELLO HAS STOLEN A LOT FROM ME AND THEY NEVER REPLY EMAILS THEY USED ME BECAUSE THEY ARE MY FIRST ELECTRICITY COMPANY IN GERMANY AS A FIRST TIME YELLO AIM IS TO SCAM YOU BY SENDING YOU A HIGH PRICE IN THE CONTRACT WHICH WILL NOT BE EXPLAINED TO YOU OR ALLOW YOU TO CONSENT YELLO IS A THIEF

I closed a contract for electricity
I closed a contract for electricity online and received email with Security Key to log in into app When I tried to do that App was keep telling me that my credentials are unvalid I called Customer service and SUPER RUDE lady told me I need to try with another email address What is this for an answer I registered and put ONE email address and now you re telling me to try with different one Now I sent an email that I want to cancel my contract and guess what NO ANSWER AT ALL FROM NO ONE This company is a joke and I please stay away

I switched to Yello after a bad
I switched to Yello after a bad experience with Vattenfall My experience with Yello Strom was super positive It ended due to a move abroad They are honest transparent and very friendly I would like to thank Sebastian with whom I made my contract in spite of my very bad German and even got a few smiles out of me and the whole team who are super sociable and kind all the time
