Looks very much like scum Do not even want to proceed any longer At the beginning they are talking about personalised plan you pay and then turns out it leads you feather where it shows that you actually have to pay even more to get vip shopping list labels And I am sorry what is the bullshit pay more as VIP so loose weight twice faster Just because you pay does not mean you lose faster in a healthy way And then even for shopping list week upfront to pay and on and on and on Will probably ask money back I would be ready to pay full with vip and other extra right away on the first payment I do not have that much time to 3-4 different payments for every extra And after I am done canceling them one by one Is it a joke Make it all together and end of story Bothers me even to follow their plan

I have just purchased your basic plan at the promo price Then it turned that after purchasing a 6-month slimming plan you asked for more money for a VIP weight loss program like if VIP s would have a more healthy slimming pace or what Moreover there are some testimonials belonging to some persons with specific Romanian names but they pretend to live in Chicago IL That seemed weird and before anything else I interrupting to read some reviews Bad luck I found other people reclaiming the same bad practice but in between the website closed and apart of my trainer s name which is Ellen I could not get any other instruction about how where I can create my account or what would be the procedure of getting reimbursed With my personal data the weight loss plan would be promissing to help me lose 41 kg within 5 months but before that nobody bothered to ask about my specific details of health and if I can do sports or not I cannot then how can you promise such a thing And before the payment it is normal to ask our personal contact details for being able to identify both the payment and the person and help us go on even in the case that person would not buy the VIP plan Now how can I go on Or is this a methos for you only to cash money and that s all

Not full disclosure of cancellation rules before subscription I would not recommend this service to anyone Additional information as requested Email mit natAfter I paid and reviewed my menu I realized that the menu doesn t not right for me I excluded beef somehow option was only for ground beef and I do not drink any smoothies I was hoping that there are options to change menu items unfortunately there are not The plan is not flexible the products used for menu items are not common like figs not sure where I can find fresh figs this time of the year So I immediately started looking for cancellation option in my account But there is no such option I opened disclosure documents on how to cancel and there is a big surprise No cancellation at any time no contact number only email Besides user has to provide a proof why they cancel in order to receive money back Really I sent email immediately to help address provided It was more than 24 hours no reply at all From this I can say that your disclaimer about easy cancellation is not true And no transparency about refunding customers without proof attached Who and how will be deciding if my proof is sufficient That your plan doesn t fit my needs and I did not use it that all I want to cancel immediately and get my funds back I hope this information is enough now Best
