This package was delivered to the wrong flat

This package was delivered to the wrong flat The picture included in the delivery proof what is a blur One cannot figure out where or to who this was delivered to and when trying to contact zedify to report that no help button no email address no contact number no chat feature I had to contact Zara report this so they can investigate what happened This should be a next day delivery thing and now 5 days later I still do not have the package nor a refund Awful

Cannot track a parcel with them

Cannot track a parcel with them Saw they attempted to deliver a parcel left NO missed delivery note Received NO email from them with updates Did not attempt to leave parcel with an neighbour Parcel did not require a signature Utter rubbish Had I not seen this on my camera I would have had no idea any attempt was made Website is useless no where to track only contact someone via an online chat

Worse service would be impossible

They tried to deliver my parcel on wednesday but was not possible They did not left any notice saying when they would be back Whoever try to deliver change the status for delived with a note saying not delivered Because of that I cannot track the parcel anymore communication is horrible and so far had no answer from support Honestly will no be using their services ever again

The worst service in the world DO NOT USE It is a complete and utter waste of money you will NOT get your parcel Even the company you order from cannot reach the couriers They give ridiculous delivery slots eg 2am - 4am in the morning as if anyone would be awake that time Regardless still stayed up waiting for the order to receive a message saying the courier rejected the delivery as time ran out bearing in mind i placed an order at 9am in the MORNING you cannot contact the company and they do not give updates on where your parcel is either the live chat has been closed down and you can not reach anyone This is even worse than evri Company should be closed down IMMEDIATELY

Unreliable service

Unreliable service I ve been waiting for a hello fresh box all day yesterday which was due to be delivered within one hour of 7 20pm At 11pm I was still number 18 in the queue In the morning I was told they could not locate my address which is hard to understand given that it s the very same address I ve always used located in a well-known residential building I don t buy that argument Tip perhaps at least be transparent and recognise you ve failed to provide the service rather than coming up with highly improbable reasoning

cancelled delivery

absolutely ignored the fact that there is a concierge service at my building and in my absence the delivery guy decided to take the delivery with them to return back to the sender

Useless tracking and notifications

I have got an e-mail only after my package wasn t delivered with a reason Not Loaded with no indication what will happen next Live chat does not work there is no phone number to call and i haven t got any response to my e-mails sent to support and hello teams So I am chained at home waiting for it wondering what will happen as I will be away for next 10 days Box Reference 21076312586200100035

This is the second time I have been in

This is the second time I have been in for a parcel delivery my door buzzer rang but I was given NO time to get to intercom to let driver in I have mobility issues but I only have a small apartment so even if active would have had a struggle to attend I literally got to the intercom when still buzzing I also leave my next door neighbours number for deliveries even if I m not in They were also at home Very annoying UPDATE Saturday 19 OctoberNOW according to Zedify they have delivered my parcel BUT according to the photograph it is NOT TO ME The photo evidence shows a DARK BLUE door mine is white Furious

Two lost parcels in the space of a

Two lost parcels in the space of a month and also late or no updates on where parcels are No ability to track parcel online and live chat doesn t ever work I get stressed when Zara send me parcels with Zedify and will now be shopping less with them because of it
