EDIT Just spoke to someone from Zedify and they couldn t have been nicer or more apologetic They have taken the complaint on board and are going to be making sure it shouldn t happen again extra two stars for that alone not many companies will bother to follow up If I could give zero stars I would I watched the driver walk up to my building door he didn t buzz and then suddenly a picture on the website of my front door saying he can t get access Day two his gps is now off and he has been 45 mins away for two hours now Disgusting and disrespectful

Unfortunate issue
Ordered a Rapha jacket and an empty envelope was delivered Raised with Rapha who were quick to resolve so have re ordered but inconvenient Opened the envelope after Rapha reimbursed me and it s very clear the envelope was opened and resealed as the invoice wasn t even in the envelope and you could see the sealing agent had been damagedVery unfortunate situation and a put off that something can go missing between the retailer and processed through 2 couriers which makes it impossible to establish where and who has tampered with the parcel Luckily Rapha sorted so I am not at a loss
