Really excellent work by the lovely delivery team I found my parcel outside my flat on time and delivered with care This has consistently been the case for the past few months I am very happy with Zedify

My parcel was delivered to a wrong address but after contacting them it was te delivered within an hour Great customer support

As per usual evri messing about with a parcel that contact hair products Parcel was an excessive size so was delayed 3 days even though it was out for delivery Had to get company to raise an investigation due to evri not responding Zedify courier deserves 5 stars for his friendly attitude and sticking to delivery time

I gave them a garbled request and they went the extra mile to deliver anyway Really impressed great communication- a breath of fresh air compared to usual delivery woes

Parcel redirection from Bristol to London

Honestly couldn t ask for a more supportive company during a delivery crisis I recently moved to London from Bristol and had sent my delivery to my old address I reached out to the team at Zedify in a panic and they were able to stop the delivery at the depot and send it to my new address without any additional charge They communicated with me throughout the entire process which really put my mind at ease Honestly thank you to the zedify team You all truly exhibited exceptional customer service

Considerate delivery company

The delivery man was great because he waited for me to answer the door and then he picked the parcel up and handed it to me I have a bad back and really appreciated the fact he did this
