Exceptional Service Saved My 100 HelloFresh Order

I can t thank Zedify enough for going above and beyond with my recent delivery I had a last-minute change in plans and needed to change my delivery address the night before but HelloFresh told me it was too late to adjust anything Zedify had already optimized their routes and their policy clearly states that changes can t be made that close to delivery Despite this they kindly agreed to accommodate me Not only did they make the switch but they did it so efficiently and with such a friendly attitude saving me 100 worth of food that would ve gone to waste In a world where customer service can feel automated and rigid Zedify truly stood out by making an exception and putting the customer first I am beyond impressed and incredibly grateful for their help Top-notch service highly recommend

Caring for people

Delivery was good and on time but special thanks go to the guy who delivered the box as he stayed to help my mother in law who fell when going to the door to pick up the parcel He went beyond and above his duty and stayed to call her son and to help her deal with a small injury she had incurred

Great driver - responsive and kind

I just wanted to call out the driver who went above and beyond to divert my package to my current address rather than the one I d incorrectly put on the parcel myself I wasn t so sure if anyone would pick up the delivery note I added but am so apprectiative of him doing so it s really saved me a lot Thank you very much again

Zedify delivers

The courier which delivers to my building and area has consistently delivered with care living in a communalbuilding with a disability and disabled children having a courier who delivers to the door not communalentrance but to my actualdoor is soo important and not just throws it about anywhere for it to get stolen So thankyou to that courier you may have noticed my blue note outside my door Zedify so far has not let me down please continue to deliver with care as some of us have disabilities

Very prompt and excellent service There app keeps you up to date and is easy to use and understand You are able to keep up to date with real time tracking so no worries missing your parcel slot Driver was very polite and courteous which makes a big difference So overall I recommend this company highly you will not be disappointed I rate them far ahead of DHL and similar so called couriers well done Zedify Thanks Keith Trimmings

Simple yet exemplary service

They did what any courier company and retailer should but never does They listened they took on the information contacted their courier driver and updated the delivery details I got the item later that day after Zara s website missed out part of my address Zara were useless
