Even though we canceled Zendesk proved its high-class and humane customer service by still reacting and solving an issue we had incredibly quickly and hassle free In that kind of scenario where a company has no future benefit of a customer true class really shows itself by still helping in this kind of way Apart from that the knowledge base has always been very useful to us though the other features didn t quite meet our needs German Wir hatten zwar gek ndigt da es nicht ganz unsere Bed rfnisse erf llte aber die 3 Jahre die wir die Wissensdatenbank nutzten waren zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit Obwohl wir bereits gek ndigt hatten war der Kundenservice zudem bei einem kurz vor Ablauf aufgetretenen Problem extrem schnell und hilfreich - da zeigt sich wahre Kundenorientierung Top Service obwohl von dem Kunden in dem Fall uns keine zuk nftige Zahlung ins Aussicht war

Zendesk is by far the best helpdesk software although there are many of them on the market They are the most mature product on the market and now that they are merging multiple channel into one workflow that s all we need for our business to be on top of our customer service

Ecstatic Enterprise User
I suspect the low reviews are users not experiencing the Enterprise level of support The software is astounding I am a power user managing approximately 80 users To my knowledge we have never experienced a bug That s not to say there aren t things we wished worked better but the software is incredibly stable

Amazing tool
I ve been using Zendesk for a couple of years now and not only is a fantastic tool but it also keeps on evolving and adding new features and capabilities I can mention several interesting and invaluable features but just to highlight a few Answer bot reporting insights talk triggers etc Would definitely recommend it and advise you ignore the bad reviews

I ordered the multi function saw with protective case and 9pcs of saw blades from HourlyholidayDeals of Zendesk My order 23955 arrived late without the protective case and only 3pcs of saw blades Customer service has been slow but I finally received my complete order after reporting the missing items I think there s a lag time due to the proximity of the shipper being in China
