Excellent service The parcel arrived quite quickly within 11 days from the date of dispatch delivery by air Each item was carefully wrapped and was delivered in perfect condition I am very happy that Zenmarket was able to order the items I wanted from the Japanese brand s official website bento box chopsticks and various items from Rakuten I will definitely be using the service again whenever I need to order something from Japan

Another great order from Zenmarket Everything arrived in a perfectly new condition thoroughly wrapped multiple times in bubble wrap arranged in an neat manner which ensures that each item is fully protected and easily picked up when unboxing As for the lucky bags all the items were new neatly packed I also ended up getting all of my favorite characters in the random boxes which made this purchase really special for me I highly recommend this proxy service

10 10 Experience can t fault ZenMarket at all

First time using this company first time buying goods from Japan so I was a little bit wary but my experience has been great ZenMarket are really quick and efficient at ordering your goods packaging your items they keep you well updated along the way Loads of different shipping options too so you do have some control over how expensive it is I paid roughly 36 for a 0 7kg parcel to the UK via UPS and it took 3 working days which I m really pleased about I will 1000 be using ZenMarket again

Fast easy and overall a good experience

I ve honestly only had good experiences with ZenMarket I ve mostly ordered from Melonbooks and Toranoana but my overall experience with the service has been amazing Their own shipping service is also very reliable and as fast as advertised The service fees are also low at 300 yen which is definitely lower than other proxy services I ve used in the past
