I purchased Guitar on Backorder after a month and half of waiting with no update I canceled Upon asking when I will get a refund for my partial payment they said they had no record of it and I was never charged I have a bank statement saying otherwise which I will dispute Don t deal with these thieves

As you can see Zzounds does not answer to all these complaints because they are very very unethical and break every consumer law they can get away with I bought a item from them and they shipped it to a wrong address or was lost and showed delivered I notified these thieves immediately and they did nothing so I refused to pay for the order Well almost 10 months later they hit my account for over 2300 without notice or fixing the issue Of course I will be fighting the illegal charge and they can care less about following consumer law They will have to answer to a judge because they are ruthless and despicable and a predatory B Stock online scam Do not use these guys ever

Purchased a guitar as a gift with a delivery date of 2 days Nowhere does it state when you are looking at the item that the delivery is just an estimate I read further in their FAQ where it shows 95 get delivered on time I am part of the 5 and doubt these numbers are accurate When I tried to get helpo I was offered 25 and basically sorry nothing I can do Do yourself a favor and buy locally or at least AMAZON has better custmer service

One of their customers has given them the wrong email address mine and now I receive all his communication I ve told them over and over again that they are emailing the wrong person I m not even in the same country as their customer or their company and they refuse to stop emailing me I don t just mean they won t stop I mean they actually replied to my request telling me they won t stop I m not even a customer and I still need to review them as having the worse customer service ever

Worst online shopping experience ever

Worst online shopping experience ever I bought a drum kit that was discounted as it was a zzounds return When I received the kit it was missing drum legs and mounts that were never packed from Zzounds When I called they told me it was the up to the manufacturer to make it right even though they just didn t pack the items on their end I asked them to send me a simple mount and legs until the manufacturer fixed the issues and they told me no it s not their problem After arguing my case the CSR hung up on me This is what I get after spending over 3000 00 with them Fools lost a customer that just spent thousands of dollars because they wouldn t send me 80 dollars worth of hardware due to their negligence Needless to say I ll never shop with these bottom feeders again and have since put in a complaint with the BBB Stay clear of these crooks

I ordered a guitar from ZZounds When I received the guitar the pickup selector wasn t working and neither was the mode selector for that model guitar When I called them about it they were unsympathetic and just didnt care They offered me a refund and that was it They didnt not offer to fix the problem The problem with this place is that they dont check their guitars before they ship them otherwise they would ve heard that there was an electrical problem ZZounds is TERRIBLE Dont waste your time and money with them
