Beware When Buying Good Shirts but Terrible Customer Service
The t-shirts are good, but the customer service is terrible. I wasn’t able to apply my coupon before checking out, and there was no way to cancel the order manually. When I contacted support, I felt like I was being questioned instead of helped. Their customer service is the complete opposite of the quality of their merchandise really disappointing.
